Haleon is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for our onsite facility in St. Louis, MO. The role involves operating various machinery, ensuring GMP-compliant production, and supporting line performance on a Sunday–Tuesday night shift.

• High School diploma or GED required with 1–5 years in a production environment
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle drums, bags, and cases

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery to produce quality products
• Follow SOPs and GMP-compliant processes
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment lubrication
• Support line performance and cross-functional teams to improve line efficiency
• Report safety concerns and adhere to safety policies
• Assist in training other technicians and developing SOPs
