Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator – Bindery on the 2nd shift in Michigan. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a team-focused production floor.

You'll learn to set up machines, monitor quality, and assist in maintaining a safe, clean workspace while pursuing a long-term manufacturing career with opportunities for advancement.

• Haveexperience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Canread basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

It’sa plusif you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor
• Lift up to 20lbsoccasionally
