Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Beech Island, SC is seeking a Production Operator to handle high-speed manufacturing equipment, packaging, and distribution tasks. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensure accuracy of production data, and support safety standards across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Have 1+ years of continuous work experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment and perform some general warehouse or material handling responsibilities.
• Interact with manufacturing and/ or packaging equipment to conduct troubleshooting activities and perform basic adjustments and/or repairs.
• Communicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectively.
• Maintain accurate and complete production information including quality, operations performance and waste.
