Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined industry and consulting experience, incl. 4+ years in manufacturing/distribution operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS/ASCM preferred).
• Advisory experience with top-tier strategy, Big Four, or specialist firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing and distribution operations, including design, capacity, planning, quality, warehousing, and workforce capability.
• Lead current-state assessments of SIOP/S&OP to identify gaps.
• Translate operational improvements into financial outcomes—working capital reduction and cash flow improvement.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and KPIs; partner with client leadership to execute initiatives.
