Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to help manufacturing, distribution, and industrial clients improve profitability and cash flow. You’ll partner with client leadership and private equity sponsors to move from assessment to execution.

You will lead due diligence engagements, assess operations, and develop value creation roadmaps with measurable KPIs, delivering sustainable EBITDA growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in operations consulting in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Experience leading due diligence engagements (buy-side, sell-side, carve-out).
• Ability to translate findings into actionable implementation plans and measurable EBITDA improvements.
• Demonstrated track record of cost reduction, productivity gains, or working capital improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership to evaluate operations and identify value creation opportunities.
• Lead and support operational due diligence for private equity buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions.
• Assess operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and maintenance.
• Develop fact-based value creation roadmaps and 100-day plans with KPIs.
• Translate findings into investment-focused recommendations for executives and investment committees.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality work products.
