Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced operations consultant to partner with client leadership to evaluate and improve manufacturing, distribution, and industrial operations. You will identify value Creation opportunities and help clients execute initiatives that boost operational performance and financial results.

You'll work directly with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership to move quickly from assessment to execution, delivering measurable EBITDA growth and sustainable

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in operations consulting or performance improvement in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Experience with private equity sponsored engagements and portfolio companies.
• Experience supporting buy-side or sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Strong ability to translate operational findings into financial impact.
• Proven track record of driving EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, or productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational due diligence engagements for PE buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions.
• Assess manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, maintenance, and distribution operations to identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Develop value creation roadmaps with 100-day plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Translate findings into investment-focused recommendations for leadership and investment committees.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-quality work products.
• Help clients implement operating rhythms, governance, and performance management tools for continuous improvement.
