Riveron's Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions team partners with upper middle‑market and large‑cap public and private companies, as well as private‑equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, to improve operating performance. We evaluate manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, distribution, SG&A, and commercial effectiveness to identify value creation opportunities. Through rigorous, fact‑based analysis, we assess operational performance, identify key risks, quantify improvement opportunities, and help clients implement initiatives that deliver sustainable EBITDA improvement.
You will partner with client leadership and engagement teams to assess operations, identify value creation opportunities, and help clients execute initiatives that improve operational performance and financial results. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership, helping clients move quickly from operational assessment to execution and measurable value creation.

Compensation Range: $145,000 – $175,000
