Job summary

Riveron Consulting partners with manufacturing and distribution leaders to improve profitability, optimize cash flow, and unlock value for growth. Our Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions team collaborates with upper middle‑market and large‑cap companies, including private‑equity portfolio firms, to elevate operational performance and EBITDA.

You will work with client leadership to assess operations, identify value creation opportunities, and drive initiatives from assessment to execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or distribution operations consulting.
• Experience with private equity sponsor engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing and distribution operations and capacities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment workshops across teams.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and KPIs.
• Translate improvements into working capital and cash flow gains.
• Support and lead client relationships and deliverables.
• Drive perpetual inventory control improvements.
