Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced professional for Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions in the Dallas area. You will partner with client leadership to assess operations, identify value opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve operational performance and financial results, including collaboration with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined industry and consulting experience, including at least 4 years focused on manufacturing and/or distribution operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS/ASCM certification preferred).
• Previous advisory experience with a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist or boutique advisory firm, or Big Four consulting firm preferred.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain Operations; Manufacturing Operations and SIOP; Footprint optimization, plant consolidation, and product line transfers; Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TOC, and Value Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing and distribution operations, including organizational design and warehousing.
• Conduct current-state assessments of SIOP/S&OP to identify misalignment and gaps.
• Analyze operational data to assess productivity, capacity utilization, and trends.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops across teams.
• Drive integrated planning discussions balancing demand, constraints, and targets.
• Build inventory segmentation and control strategies.
• Support design and implementation of perpetual inventory systems and controls.
• Define performance metrics for forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and working capital impact.
• Translate improvements into financial outcomes—working capital reduction and cash flow improvement.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Support execution of transformation initiatives with client leadership.
• Lead engagement teams and manage client relationships.
