Job summary

This role sits in our Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions team, working with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies to assess operations and implement practical improvements.

The candidate will bring 7+ years of industry and consulting experience, with deep expertise in supply chain and manufacturing, and will collaborate with senior executives to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS/ASCM certification preferred)
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
• Previous advisory experience with top-tier strategy/Big Four firms preferred
• Experience leading organizational change and with C-suite executives

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing and distribution operations, including design, capacity, planning, quality, warehousing, and workforce capability
• Conduct current-state assessments of SIOP/S&OP to identify gaps
• Analyze operational data to assess productivity, capacity, and trends
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops across functions
• Build and refine inventory segmentation and control strategies
• Define and implement performance metrics for forecast accuracy and working capital impact
• Translate operational improvements into financial outcomes such as working capital reduction and cash flow improvement
• Develop transformation roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies
• Support execution of transformation initiatives with client leadership
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-quality work
