Job Summary

This role supports hands‑on production in a controlled cleanroom environment for the medical and life sciences manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and prepare products according to production specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document production activities.
• Maintain compliance with cleanroom procedures, safety guidelines, and regulated manufacturing standards.
• Wear required cleanroom protective garments throughout the shift and follow contamination control practices.
• Keep workstations organized, clean, and ready for daily production requirements.
• Support team production goals, assist with additional tasks as needed, and maintain quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $26 to $35 per hour.
• Job Type: Direct Hire.
• Location: Chatsworth, CA.
• Schedule: Day Shift, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Schedule: Evening Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble and package products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Complete production documentation and perform visual or process-based quality inspections.
• Support daily production targets while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work while wearing full cleanroom protective garments throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hands‑on tasks.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexibility to work overtime when available.
• Must pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GMP, ISO-regulated, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or life sciences manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience with production documentation, quality checks, SOPs, and regulated manufacturing processes.
• Prior cleanroom assembly, packaging, or controlled environment production experience.
