Job Summary

A growing manufacturing team in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a 1st shift temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment to help ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Operate, set up, adjust, and monitor production machinery.
• Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately.
• Support safety and quality compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food production, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments.
