ManpowerGroup is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join an Imperial, PA team. The role supports manufacturing leadership, talent acquisition, and shop floor personnel on onsite duties. The annual pay aligns with a $25.08/hour rate on a 12-month contract.

The candidate will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, attendance tracking, and training programs while collaborating with leaders to drive smooth operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of admin, operations, HR support, or coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate site visits.
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and employee integration activities.
• Track employee attendance and absenteeism while maintaining workforce records.
• Organize training schedules, employee engagement programs, and shop floor events.
• Assist with employee recognition initiatives, rewards programs, and communication between leadership and employees.
