WCL Group is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator in Findlay Township, PA. The role supports hourly recruitment coordination, onboarding, and shop-floor initiatives to boost employee engagement and experience.

The candidate will schedule interviews, track staffing needs, and collaborate with corporate talent acquisition. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential for success in this onsite, year-long contract with potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment efforts for hourly positions, including candidate coordination and administrative activities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and orientation sessions.
• Monitor and track employee absenteeism through the shop floor call-off process.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to host on site initiatives and projects designed to enhance employee engagement and experience.
• Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition.
• Gather suggestion box ideas, review with Manufacturing Leadership and organize Reward and Award.
• Organize Lunch and learn.
• Shop Floor Event Committee Management.
• Develop a plan/system for rewards & recognition.
• Organize/schedule Training calendar for Manufacturing shop floor team.
