Veeco in New Jersey is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead a high-performance VFT production team and drive continuous improvement. You will implement Lean principles, 8D problem solving, and safety culture while coordinating scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaborations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The role requires mentoring staff, developing cross-training, managing KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with 5S and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• Proven success coaching teams of technicians and production staff.
• Background in electromechanical manufacturing and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and reduce OSHA incidents.
• Ensure quality targets and OBQ/IBQ for Veeco Flow Technologies.
• Collaborate with Quality to drive corrective actions.
• Plan and supervise VFT production schedules and budget.
• Lead continuous improvement using 8D problem solving.
• Track KPIs and report monthly.
