You will manage budgets, develop staffing plans, and mentor a team to achieve quality and cost objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of production experience, and strong leadership in lean manufacturing and ERP/SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Final Test efforts to meet quarterly/annual plans and establish an operations model.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for Final Test.
• Mentor and lead Final Test team, drive a high-performance culture.
• Institutionalize 8D problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
