This role will manage production priorities, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with planning to align resources with customer demand. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, with a track record in lean, 5S, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Operations, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to Safety and 5S standards and a culture of safety.
• Lead VFT to meet quarterly/annual plans and develop an operations planning model.
• Collaborate with Planning to schedule resources based on customer requirements and material supply.
• Manage the flow of VFT components and assemblies to meet production schedules.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for VFT.
• Assist with annual budget and inventory targets.
