Job summary

Veeco is seeking a Director, Manufacturing Operations in Horsham, PA, to lead the PSP Wet Processing manufacturing team. You will drive strategic manufacturing execution, lean initiatives, and a strong safety/quality culture.

You'll partner with site leadership to optimize capacity, cost, and delivery performance, mentor leaders, and implement continuous improvement across sub-assembly, assembly, test, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management with 10+ years of progressive production leadership.
• Experience with large-scale capital equipment manufacturing and data analytics.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D problem solving proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Sub-assembly, Assembly, and Test organizations, driving execution and performance.
• Champion safety and quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ISO standards.
