Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 12 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Production Environment; or 8 years with a Bachelor's; or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Excellent verbal communication with technicians, manufacturing support, management and related groups.
• Support customer proposals with basis of estimates for labor and schedule durations.
• Ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman policies and procedures for manufacturing environments.
• Maintain equipment and machinery per preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Level Security Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate energetic mixing and casting operations while adhering to safety and quality objectives.
• Direct and coordinate production scheduling activities with Material Requirements Planning to meet delivery requirements.
• Oversee work-in-progress status, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure resources are available as needed.
• Maintain ownership of KPIs that drive process control, continuous improvement, and efficiency.
• Provide direction and training to employees to ensure operational success.
