Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate mixing and casting operations while maintaining safety and quality objectives.
• Plan, manage, and control production schedules with MRP to meet delivery requirements.
• Oversee work in process, material availability, and production issues to ensure resources are available.
• Maintain ownership of KPIs to drive process control and efficiency.
• Provide direction and training to employees to ensure operational success.
