Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems Sector PS&C Facility in Elkton, MD seeks an Operations Project Manager (OPM). The role demands self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to coordinate across PMO, Manufacturing, Testing, and Engineering teams.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing program manufacturing scope, cost and schedule targets, and continuous improvement. OPM levels range with qualifications, and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Leadership and project management experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD U.S. Secret Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with Costpoint, SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interfaces between PMO, Manufacturing, Testing, MA, SCM, Engineering and Shipping.
• Facilitate internal meetings to support production, testing, and issue resolutions.
• Lead manufacturing planning and readiness efforts and contribute to proposals.
