Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider in Grand Rapids, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to identify and lead capital expenditure projects that boost safety, quality, and productivity. You will translate plant goals into actionable plans, align teams to key performance metrics, and represent the company in community initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor's with 8+ years (or a HS/GED with 11+ years) plus 4+ years of leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Develop and execute one-year and three-year business plans supporting company and local market objectives.
• Translate manufacturing plant goals to the team ensuring alignment on performance data and supply chain performance.
• Represent the company with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations in the community.
• Ensure service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications.
• Review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain long-term improvement.

• Salary: $112,908 - $141,135 plus target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Manufacturing Manager
• The Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives
• You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance
• The Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations
• This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications
• Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
