Reyes Holdings in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead capital expenditure initiatives and drive safety, quality and productivity on the first shift.

The role develops 1- and 3-year business plans and translates plant goals into actionable targets while maximizing supply chain performance. Strong leadership and a track record in manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience, or GED with 11+ years of experience and 6+ years of leadership.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
• Develop and execute one-year and three-year business plans aligning with local objectives.
• Translate plant goals to the manufacturing team and optimize supply chain performance.
• Represent the company with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations.
• Ensure service requirements of internal and external customers meet specifications.
• Review business results to maximize performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Salary: $112,908 - $141,135 plus target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Manufacturing Manager
• The Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives
• You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance
• The Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations
• This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications
• Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long‑term vision through process improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree
