• Start up/shutdown of the plant and serve as Facilities Manager backup.

General Summary:This position will be accountable for meeting manufacturing objectives such as OTD, labor and equipment efficiencies, quality, and safety. Establishing the manufacturing plan, priorities, monitoring progress, appraising results, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
