Job summary

EMIT Technologies seeks a Director of Manufacturing to lead production, safety, and efficiency across all Sheridan operations. You will translate demand into execution, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safe, on-time, profitable manufacturing while supporting aggressive growth.

You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to optimize labor, materials, and capacity, delivering scalable processes and robust cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financials, labor productivity, and cost management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP environments, Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing execution against the production schedule with focus on 100% on-time delivery.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance across operations.
• Develop operating plans and resource strategies to support current demand and growth.
• Lead and develop production teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Use KPIs and data dashboards to diagnose problems and drive corrective actions.
