Job summary

EMIT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations through division Production Managers and the Assistant Plant Manager. The role focuses on safe, high-quality, on-time production and meeting customer commitments within cost targets.

The position develops production leaders, reinforces accountability, and translates strategic direction into disciplined, hands-on execution on the factory floor while supporting EMIT's growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production across divisions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Translate strategy into clear daily/weekly expectations for managers and frontline teams.
• Monitor performance and quickly resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, and staffing constraints.
• Maintain accountability for meeting schedules and KPIs across shifts.
• Develop production leaders and reinforce accountability throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
