Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record improving production execution and on-time delivery.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financials and cost management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP environments; Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.
• Data-driven use of KPIs to identify problems and drive results.
• Experience leading in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing execution against the production schedule and on-time delivery.
• Align priorities, labor, equipment, and capacity with customer commitments.
• Establish accountability for daily and weekly performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
• Drive improvements in throughput, productivity, and labor utilization.
• Manage financial performance including costs and margins.
• Develop and track operational KPIs and data-driven actions.
• Lead and develop the production team and succession planning.
• Instill a culture of safety and manage safety programs with the team.
