Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of improving production execution and on‑time delivery.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financials, labor productivity, and cost management.
• Experience with modern ERP/MRP environments; D365 F&O preferred.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to diagnose problems and drive actions.
• Experience leading in fast‑paced, high‑growth manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing execution against the production schedule with a focus on 100% on‑time delivery.
• Align production priorities, labor, equipment, and capacity with customer commitments.
• Set expectations and accountability for daily/weekly performance.
• Identify schedule risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to remove constraints affecting production.
• Own the financial performance of operations including labor, productivity, and costs.
• Develop operating plans and resource strategies for current demand and growth.
• Lead and develop production teams and maintain safety standards.
• Establish KPI-based visibility and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Communicate across all levels of the organization.
