Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quality management or manufacturing.
• Experience leading QA/QC in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures, audits, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA and inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Verify finished products meet internal and customer specifications before shipment.
• Monitor in-process production to identify defects and nonconformances.
• Lead corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Track quality metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
