Job summary

EMIT Technologies is seeking a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across the division, directing Production Managers and the Assistant Plant Manager to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The role translates strategic manufacturing priorities into on‑floor execution, develops production leaders, and maintains discipline to support EMIT’s growth while managing costs and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly leading managers or supervisors.
• Experience in ERP/MRP environment; D365 F&O preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis experience preferred.
• Ability to develop frontline leaders and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Translate strategy into daily and weekly expectations and align teams.
• Maintain accountability for schedules, staffing, and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with functions to support order execution and recover plan.
