Job summary

Worthington Enterprises | Amtrol in West Warwick, RI seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics across manufacturing and distribution operations. You will drive safety, efficiency, and cost‑effective materials movement while leading cross-site teams and coordinating with planning and commercial groups.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, carrier performance, and continuous improvement to support customer delivery commitments at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality & Compliance Leadership: lead safety-first culture across shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution and supplier operations.
• Logistics, Distribution & Customer Delivery: lead daily shipping and receiving operations and ensure on-time delivery per schedules.
• Material Flow, Inventory & Vertically Integrated Supply: manage inbound material flow and maintain inventory accuracy across locations.
• People Leadership & Organizational Capability: develop shipping, receiving, warehousing and distribution teams and leaders.
• Strategy, Financial Performance & Growth: define and execute logistics strategies, manage budget and cost drivers.
