Job summary

Great Dane is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all production activities at the plant in Statesboro, GA. You will guide supervisors, plan staffing, drive PQTC and Lean initiatives, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and keep the production schedule aligned with customer delivery needs.

We value strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to build effective teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing in a plant setting.
• Lean manufacturing experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules and requirements are followed on all shifts.
• Define direct labor staffing plans and prepare lines for shift starts.
• Drive PQTC and Lean initiatives to meet production goals.
• Supervise and develop plant staff and coordinate with peers.
