You will direct and mentor maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams, manage the capital budget, coordinate contractor work, and drive continuous improvement across processes and layouts to support production goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Education: a bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience preferred.
• Skills: Asset justification, industrial engineering skills such as work measurement, labor reporting and plant layout.
• Computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and codes.

• Direct ROI on facility and equipment; manage plant capital budget and improvements.
• Solicits and negotiates bids; supervises contractor work.
• Directs maintenance and manufacturing engineering functions and supervises staff.
• Ensures safety compliance and responds to employee concerns.

• Sets standards for standard hours program and verifies accuracy.
• Manages budget and semi-variable expenses for engineering and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
