Job summary

FXI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing and shipping across shifts. You'll develop KPI tracking, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while managing costs and safety.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Business, MBA preferred, and 5–7 years in manufacturing with proven leadership and SAP experience. You will partner with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer specs and delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Proven 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPI metrics for operations, production, and shipping across shifts
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality
• Lead planning, scheduling, and supervision of 3 direct reports and ~40 hourly employees
