Job summary

FXI in Tupelo, Mississippi is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity on the onsite manufacturing line. You will guide hourly staff, coordinate schedules, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires at least 5 years of manufacturing leadership, strong knowledge of processes and quality systems, and proficiency with SAP or similar systems. Collaboration with HR for performance matters is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality systems.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and participate in site safety programs.
• Supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
• Review requirements and assign labor accordingly.
• Coordinate schedules across departments and shifts.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Train and evaluate hourly staff and production specialists.
