Job summary

FXI is seeking a Team Lead to direct daily production operations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and Operations Manager, you will guide the shift, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate efforts across shifts.

You will enforce safety standards, lead pre-shift meetings, provide performance feedback, and back-up hourly personnel. Strong communication, lean manufacturing knowledge, and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated manufacturing leadership and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production operations to meet quality and delivery objectives.
• Lead shift and coordinate continuous improvement efforts across shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity take priority.
• Provide performance feedback and support employee development.
• Maintain 5S and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
