Job summary

FPC Franchise seeks a Plant Manager in Houston to lead the team toward best-in-class safety, CI, and operational discipline. You will align site strategy with corporate priorities and ensure on-time delivery of quality products while managing budgets and cross-functional partnerships.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, change management, and team development. Relocation is supported and a 25% annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• Demonstrated change-management leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational development and team-building experience.
• Analytical problem-solving with prioritization and closure skills.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs to drive continuous improvement and reduce TRIR.
• Manage Site Production Managers, Site Engineers, Maintenance & Warehouse Managers.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote 5S and housekeeping.
• Develop and mentor site leadership to build an engaged workforce.
• Set and execute Houston site vision aligned with company strategy.
• Control costs and manage capital budgets with continuous improvements.
• Collaborate across functions and partners to deliver quality on time.
• Oversee T&E budget, capital expenditures, and cost controls.
