Job summary

FPC National is seeking a hands-on Packaging Manager to lead a fast-paced packaging operation in the Houston area. You will oversee about 30 employees across multiple lines, directing scheduling, workflow, and training to meet production goals.

Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams, you will drive safety, food quality, and packaging performance using OEE and uptime metrics to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of packaging equipment and safety requirements.
• Experience with production metrics and quality standards.
