Responsibilities

• Drive daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and targets.
• Coordinate crew assignments while reviewing schedules, orders, and shift priorities.
• Track and manage KPIs including safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency for continuous improvement.
• Verify inspection processes to ensure quality standards and support corrective actions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
• Train, develop, and onboard new employees and support ongoing team development.
