Framebridge, a leading custom framing company, is seeking an Operations Manager in Henderson to lead a manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will develop and implement assembly and material flow processes to achieve high yields and customer satisfaction, while coaching staff and promoting continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, a business or engineering degree, and a proven track record in performance feedback and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience delivering performance management feedback.
• Experience leading continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
