Framebridge seeks an Operations Manager to build and lead a new manufacturing facility in Holyoke, MA. You will plan, develop, and oversee safety, quality, and on-time deliveries while implementing consistent assembly and material-flow processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Expertise in leading in a manufacturing operation.
• 5 plus years within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in delivering performance management feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for meeting our goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Drive improvement in processes through Lean/Kaizen events that lead to improved performance in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Provide performance feedback and development plans for members of your team.
