Framebridge Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Holyoke, MA to lead our new manufacturing facility with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time customer deliveries.

You will design and install efficient assembly and material flows, develop your team, and communicate across the organization to drive peak performance. The role requires a degree in business or engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing leadership, with a track record in continuous improvement and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience delivering performance management feedback.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve performance.
