Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, operations or engineering.
• Willing to work the first or second shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Respond urgently to plant issues and emergencies, acting as the technical expert during unplanned events and drive corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues; provide technical support to maintenance, tool room and production.
• Recommend, specify and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and implement repairs, modifications and improvements to equipment and tooling.
• Ensure equipment is released to production after maintenance or repairs.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve line output and efficiency.
• Utilize maintenance and tooling management systems and planning systems.
