MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing team and drive production excellence. You will manage supervisors, ensure safe and timely output, and develop strategies to boost productivity while controlling costs.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong communication, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Shipping to align production with market demand. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and a strong managerial ability to control operations and costs.
• Understanding of Lean Principles and Six Sigma application and usage.
• Proven coaching skills and ability to drive continuous improvement through data and teamwork.
• Experience implementing programs aligned with corporate strategy and driving operational results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure safe, on-time production and meet cost, safety, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements within payroll and expense budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Marketing to match production with demand.
• Establish KPI trackers and monitor plant performance against targets.
• Lead Kaizen events and projects to improve value stream efficiency and capabilities.
• Cultivate a safety-driven culture and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate daily with upper management on production issues and plan adjustments.
• Oversee ECOs and ensure timely implementation of changes in production processes.
