Job summary

Goodfellow Corporation is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our El Mirage, AZ manufacturing facility. This hands-on role directs a team of about 20, balancing daily production demands with long-term process improvements while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with the Production Planner and Engineering to optimize workflows, control costs, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising fabrication, welding, or related shop personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience developing and managing production schedules.
• Knowledge of job costing, labor utilization, and production performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business software.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20 production personnel to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Develop and manage production schedules; coordinate with planning.
• Implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Coach and develop employees; manage performance and training.
