Job summary
Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Engineer Team Lead to guide a four-person team across 4 CWW shifts, focusing on documenting, trending, and sustaining the health of in/out room equipment fleets. Responsibilities include building real-time dashboards, defining maintenance procedures, and coordinating with vendors.
The role emphasizes TPM concepts, data analytics, and proactive maintenance to improve fleet reliability and KPI performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or similar in mechanical/industrial/Process engineering.
- Experience with data analytics and SPC methods.
- Experience maintaining semicon equipment and TPM awareness.
- Familiarity with sensors (pressure, temperature, flow).
- Proven leadership of a small engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 across 4 CWW shifts to monitor fleet health.
- Develop dashboards and data trends to reflect equipment condition.
- Drive preventive maintenance schedules and root causes for failures.
- Coordinate with vendors on escalations and repairs.
- Document SOPs, KPI dashboards, and fleet records.
