Job summary

Ford, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Manager in Wayne, MI to lead daily operations and drive world-class performance in safety, quality, responsiveness, people, and cost. You will guide a cross-functional team with servant leadership, focusing on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

You will manage 50+ hourly employees, collaborate with production, quality, engineering and maintenance, and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment while achieving manufacturing targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive responsibilities and experience in operations leadership.
• Extensive experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a manufacturing function and supervising 50+ hourly employees.
• Proven ability to build trust with employees and stakeholders and create positive cultures.
• Strong leadership with the ability to resolve diverse problems.
• Resilience under pressure and crisis management capabilities.
• Aspiration for career growth and taking on new challenges.

• Lead efforts to achieve quality objectives and reduce defects through problem-solving.
