Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team to meet production targets.
