You will lead transformational initiatives, align resources, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and quality as part of Ford Motor Company’s bold transformation in Michigan.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls

• Collaborate with team and other departments to continuously improve.
