Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years supervisory/mfg or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental PLC logic and controls knowledge.
• Lean / Six Sigma or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience.
